The Prometheite is a graphic novella reimagining Mary Shelley's Frankenstein as a lesbian tragedy. It follows the romance between Violet Schweitzer and Aveline Clerval, two young women in 19th century Ingolstadt. Their romance ends in tragedy when Aveline falls ill and dies, but Violet is filled with new hope when she receives a strange gift from her late lover.
